Shipping Policy

International Orders:

Shipped via registered international courier companies and/or International speed post.

Domestic Orders:

Shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post.

Delivery Timeline:

Orders are shipped within 9-15 days or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation.

Delivery Address:

All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer during checkout.

Important: MEDISTACKS HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED guarantees to hand over consignments to courier/postal authorities within the specified timeline but is not liable for delays by courier companies or postal authorities.

Cancellation Policy

Request Window:

Cancellation requests must be made within 3-5 days of placing the order.

Processing Limitation:

Requests cannot be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants who have initiated shipping.

Perishable Items:

Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.

Quality Issues:

Refund/replacement available if product quality is not satisfactory (subject to merchant verification).

Refund Policy

Damaged/Defective Items:

Report damaged or defective items to Customer Service within 3-5 days of receipt. Merchant verification required.

Product Discrepancy:

If the product doesn't match site description or expectations, notify Customer Service within 3-5 days of receipt.

Warranty Items:

For products with manufacturer warranty, please refer issues directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds take 9-15 days to be processed to the customer's account.
